💛 LiveKrazyWell: A Healing Space for Sensitive Souls
Hi friends, I’m Karissa, the founder and heart behind LiveKrazyWell—a one-woman wellness brand created for the sensitive, the overwhelmed, the neurodivergent, and the folks who’ve always felt like they don’t quite fit into mainstream wellness spaces.
I built LiveKrazyWell because I needed it—and I knew others did too.
🌍 The Problem
Today, millions of people are burnt out, anxious, and deeply disconnected from their bodies. The world keeps moving faster, louder, and more demanding—and for those of us who are neurodivergent, chronically ill, highly sensitive, or living with trauma, it often feels impossible to keep up.
Most wellness spaces still don’t fully consider:
how trauma affects the nervous system,
how overstimulation can shut someone down,
or how poverty, disability, race, gender, and queerness impact access to healing.
Too many of us are left out, left behind, or told to “just try harder.” I’m here to say: You’re not broken. You’re just doing your best in a world that wasn’t built for your body or your rhythm. That’s where LiveKrazyWell comes in.
💡 The Solution
LiveKrazyWell is more than a brand—it’s a movement for radically accessible wellness. I create content, tools, and offerings that speak directly to the people who are often overlooked.
Here’s what I’m building:
🌿 Calming routines and movement practices that support nervous system regulation
💻 Digital courses and eBooks focused on trauma-informed self-care
🎙 A podcast that creates community and tells real stories of healing
🧘♀️ Creative self-regulation tools that blend mindfulness, breathwork, and embodiment
💌 Free and low-cost content to make wellness feel approachable and doable
Everything is designed to meet people where they are—whether that’s on the floor during a shutdown or trying to create structure during an executive function crash.
✨ What I’ve Done So Far
So far, I’ve:
Created free content on social media
Built a website and blog
Started developing digital courses and eBooks
Launched a podcast, RAW (Rants & Weed)
All of this has been created with heart, grit, and strategy—but zero funding. I’ve poured everything into LiveKrazyWell while balancing motherhood, neurodivergence, chronic symptoms, and healing my own trauma. It’s been hard—but it’s also been beautiful.
🙏 What I’m Asking For
If you feel called to support the mission, I have a GoFundMe linked on my TikTok page. I also do have Cash App, PayPal and Venmo. Your support goes to:
📚 Produce more free resources for people who can’t afford access to wellness
🎥 Develop and launch my first digital course
🧰 Invest in tech tools and software for course building, podcast editing, and automation
📢 Run targeted outreach and marketing to reach the communities who need this the most
💼 Cover basic business setup costs like legal fees, insurance, and platform hosting
Even $5-10 makes a difference. Every single dollar goes directly toward making LiveKrazyWell sustainable and supportive—not just for me, but for every person who needs a safe space to start healing.
🌈 The Vision
This is not just about bubble baths or yoga routines - although those are great relaxation tools.
It’s about deeply reclaiming rest, joy, and healing as a birthright—especially for those who’ve always been told they’re “too much” or somehow equally “not enough.” LiveKrazyWell is here to change the narrative.
It’s for the ones navigating sensory overload, trauma triggers, shutdowns, chronic pain or exhaustion—and doing it with courage.
Together, we can make wellness more inclusive, healing more honest, and life more livable. Thank you for believing in this mission—and in me.
With deep gratitude,
Karissa McMillan
