I've always been passionate about inclusion, unconditional love, forgiveness, compassion, and understanding. And I make it my mission to do my best to learn straight from the source. I want to uplift voices, unlearn the incorrect / bias things I may have been ingrained with and instead replace it with factual truth. And what better way to do that than with an herb that promotes introspection and relaxation.
So, come. Relax. Unwind. Renew your mind, body, and soul - and spark up good weed and great covo with me.

On my journey to healing and better health, I began to look back at who I was before the world told me who exactly I was "supposed to be." I began to unlearn the conditioning and listen to my inner voice again. I remembered my love for writing/speaking, for inspiring others through words, uplifting people in dark times, and honestly just making people laugh. There is nothing I love more than to make people feel joy. I also discovered just how much I love cooking good, nutritious food for both mine and my family's health. I love to inspire wholesome cooking without all that fancy chef knowledge and/or expensive ingredients. And oh my goodness do I love being a mom. My children (both diagnosed ASD/ADHD like their mama) bring more light and love to my world than sometimes I believe I deserve. They are my biggest blessing. My sweet, outspoken, wild, free-spirited, snuggly babies - two of the most authentic, goofy, giggly, loving, empathetic, bright souls I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. After years of conforming to the world's ways of living, I wanted to dive back into my natural roots and inspire others to find the hope, health, healing, and happiness in their lives, as I have begun to find in my own.
All the love, joy, hope, health, and blessings to you;
